One point ... your colour scheme doesn't help people who have vision problems :-(
An option to toggle would be nice

A link to this blog post on the website might be handy. I had to Google to find this. :)

I've just been debugging slow startup issues in Visual Studio to the point of breaking out Process Monitor.

I noticed this was querying the network (the auto update feature) and adding about 4 seconds to the startup time!

So I'm not sure what you're doing in your code but I've disabled it again for now. OK 4 seconds may not seem like a big deal but every addon/extension/plugin adds up. Before I started cleaning offenders (CopyAsHtml, this, and my MRU list) my startup time was insane (well over 30 seconds).

It's now back to about 8 seconds.

Here is hoping you can throw a fix in for this because I already came across two shortcuts I hadn't previously paid attention to.

Hello,

I'm already working on the next version & it has a similar feature - actually it's totally context based - so depending where you are - it will list the commands that are available. The only problem is that there are several performance bottlenecks to overcome.

hi,
I have just installed the beta version of Keymap For Resharper on VS 2010 w. Resharper 5.
It works like a charm.

I have been thinking about creating something like it my self lately, so i would like to contribute with my idea. Or if you are not interested, could you please help me out retriving the shortcuts via Resharpers OpenAPI or hov ever you retrieve them.

My idea is just like yours only with the addition that it is interactive. So if i hold CTRL down, only a list of shortcuts either starting with CTRL or in combinations with CTRL, is shown.
(This could be a setting.)

Please respond to me if you like my idea or maybe will helt me getting started. Is the Keymap For Resharper sourcecode free for download somewhere (CodeProject)?

Hi Geoffrey - It should work on R#5 VS2008 - but I have a ticket open with JetBrains about problems with the docking window in ReSharper 4.5

Once I get StyleCop for ReSharper 5 out the door I want to come back to keymaps and add a few more features & bring it up to date.

Regards,

Howard
